The hair
Hairdreams only uses genuine hair which has been sourced from all over the world in accordance with strict ethnical principles. The Hairdreams hair is characterised by a healthy and radiant shine, bright, lasting colours and natural elasticity. It is available in the 5-star and 7-star SPECIAL quality categories.
5-star quality Only specially selected natural dark hair is used for the 5-star hair. The hair is strong, healthy and ideal for making hair extensions. As part of an elaborate process, the hair is carefully lightened, refined and dyed and is suitable to wear for up to approx. 6 months.
7-star SPECIAL quality One special category of the Hairdreams hair range is the hand-selected SPECIAL hair of the very highest quality. This is particularly high quality, healthy Caucasian hair in natural colours which range from black to blonde. This hair only needs slight treatment and has a special bounce, elasticity and natural shine which resemble youthful hair. The hair is of such high quality than it can be re-used up to two times and can therefore be worn for up to a year and a half in total.
The hair joints
It is not just the hair itself which is important; the quality of the hair joints known as ‘bondings’ is also essential for a good result.
Hairdreams standard bondings The Hairdreams standard bondings are defined by their high level of durability and their neutral and inconspicuous look. A selection of different strand thicknesses enables optimal adaptation to different hair structures and areas of the head.
Comfort points One special feature of the Hairdreams hair are the innovative ‘comfort point’ connections. These have been ergonomically designed and offer a particularly high level of wearing comfort and an exceptionally smooth and natural fall to the hair.
Colour, shape and length
The range of Hairdreams hair available enables numerous different hairstyles.
Hair length Hairdreams hair is available in 8 standard lengths from 25 to 55 cm. If this is not sufficient, special lengths of up to 75 cm are also possible on request.
Colours The selection of colour shades ranges from subtle natural tones to bright fashionable shades. Individual colours are also possible on request.
Hair structures There is also no shortage of choice when it comes to the structure of the hair either. Smooth, carefully permed and naturally wavy hair styles are all possible.
This is how it works:
Consultation and ordering Before you order your Hairdreams natural hair extensions, you will be offered a consultation. Here details such as the hair colour, length and structure will be established. The hair will then be ‘tailor-made’ by Hairdreams and in most cases delivered to the Hairdreams partner salon in 1-2 days.
Methods There are various methods available for securing strands of real hair to the customer’s own hair. The Hairdreams system is one of the most modern and impeccable on the market.
The Hairdreams Selector method With the Selector method, each individual strand is attached by hand. This manual processing means that the hair extensions can be added with precision and perfectly adapted to the individual features of the customer. With this method, the hair extensions last approx. 5-6 months.
The Laser BeamerXP system The Laser BeamerXP system is the most innovative way of attaching hair extensions. Up to 8 strands can be attached to the customer’s own hair at the same time using a special device. This makes the hair extension process particularly fast and efficient – and therefore more cost effective than in the past. The process is particularly useful for achieving special strand effects or for simple and cost-effective hair extensions and thickening. With this method, the hair extensions last approx. 6 months or longer, depending on the hairstyle.
Cost The cost of hair extensions is often overestimated. Thanks to modern processing techniques such as the Laser Beamer system, high quality hair extensions can now be achieved for a few hundred pounds. Individual strands and effects are possible form just approx. £ 3.00. Individual costs vary greatly because this is dependent on the individual requirements and features.
Removal At the end of the wear period (usually approx. 4-6 months), the hair needs to be removed again. This involves treating and loosening the bonding points with a special lotion. The strands can then be removed easily. Any bonding residue is removed with a comb. The process is fast and easy and leaves the customer’s natural hair undamaged.
Cost-savings with ‘re-bonding’ When using the high quality Hairdreams 7-star SPECIAL hair, costs can be reduced even further with a so-called ‘re-bonding service’. This means that the hair are sent to Hairdreams after being removed at the end of the wear period where they are fitted with fresh bondings. The strands can then be re-used just a few days later. When handled with care, the 7-star SPECIAL hair can be re-used up to two times. This corresponds to a total wear time of approx. a year and a half.
Fashion styling with strands and effects
Strands and effects Natural hair extensions can be used to increase the length of hair and to create striking fashionable effects with strands of hair or hairstyles. All based on a gentle process to avoid damaging the natural hair.
